Summer Satellite Camp

Sign up now for ten weeks of summer camp fun! 

June 9-August 15

M-F 7:45 am-5:30 pm

Ages: 6-12

Cost: $10.00/child/week

Grant funded for low-income families only!

 

INSTRUCTORS NEEDED

Simmons needs instructors for dance, theater, crafts, cooking, employment skills and more. Call 767-2708

 

YOUTH PROGRAMS

 

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

The program offers adult supervision, homework assistance activities, fieldtrips and lots of fun. There are a limited number of openings.

Ages: 6-12

Cost: $10/week

When: MTWTF

 

BOYS SCOUTS

Boys learn teamwork, honor, duty and many additional life skills.

Ages: 11+

When: Sat. 11am –12 pm

 

CUB SCOUTS

Boys learn teamwork, honor, duty and many additional life skills.

Ages: 7-10

When: Sat. 10 - 11am

 

GIRLS SCOUTS

Girls learn teamwork, honor, duty and many additional life skills.

Ages: 7+

When Th. 6 –7 pm

 

L.I.F.E.

Learn the basic life skills need in the 21st century.

Ages: 6- 12

6 – 7 pm

Cost: $15/10classes 

When: MWF

 

MINI-DRIBBLERS (Basketball)

Kids learn fundamentals, rules and basic rules of basketball.  Scrimmage at the end of the session 

Ages: 4-6

T. 6-7 pm

Cost: $10/10 classes

 

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

 

CONVERSATIONAL SPANISH

Learn Spanish as a second Language.

Ages: 6 - Adult

Cost: $10/week or $30 month

DIABETIC SUPPORT GROUP

New techniques, and explore healthy lifestyle possibilities.

Ages:  Adults   Cost: Free

ELS - ENGLISH AS A 2ND LANGUAGE

Learn English as a second language.

Ages:  6 - Adult

INTRODUCTION TO COMPUTERS

No prior computer skills/knowledge needed! Come learn the basics with us.

MS WORD FOR BEGINNERS

Learn to use Microsoft Word for today’s workplace.

3rd Degree Black Belt helps develop fitness by increasing strength and coordination.

Assist qualified low income persons in civil matters.

Ages:  Adults    Cost:  Free
